You are already a LEED AP with Specialty in one of the following designations: operations and maintenance (O+M); homes, building design and construction (BD+C); interior design and construction (ID+C); or neighborhood development (available summer 2010). Presently, you want to maintain your LEED AP with Specialty.

Maintain LEED AP with Specialty Credential
You must complete 30 hours of approved educational activity every 2 years from the initial date you received your credential
(6 hours must be LEED-Specific).
